Complete set of front and rear, upper and lower control arm bolts plus cam delete plates for all 1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ's.
(14) Metric 10.9 Class (metric equivalent to Grade 8) hardened yellow zinc plated flange bolts and prevailing torque flange lock nuts for the front and rear upper, rear lower and front lower frame side plus (2) Grade 8 hardened yellow zinc plated hex bolts, (4) heavy duty laser cut 3/16" thick steel zinc plated cam delete plates and (2) Grade 8 hardened yellow zinc plated nylock nuts for the front lower axle side.
Unlike all others for sale from other sellers, these are the correct size metric bolts. No drilling or modification is needed and they will fit the OEM control arms as well as all aftermarket control arms that say to reuse the factory bolts. These bolts are also fully shouldered rather than the poor fitting partial shoulder factory bolts. They will fit better than OEM reducing play in the suspension that can lead to death wobble.
Includes:
Front Upper (4 bolts)
Front Lower (2 flange bolts for frame side, cam bolt delete kit for axle side (2 bolts))
Rear Upper (4 bolts)
Rear Lower (4 bolts)
High quality direct OEM replacement.
Note about the front lower axle side bolts: All Grand Cherokee ZJ's came from the factory with cam bolts on the front lower axle side. The cam bolts were problematic and weak so Jeep quit using them after mid-1999. All Wrangler TJ's after mid-1999 came from the factory with a cam bolt eliminator and Grand Cherokee WJ's had a fixed mount. The cam bolt eliminator included with this set can be used on all ZJ's 1993-1998 to replace the front lower axle side bolts and is the best option to get rid of the cam bolts. If you do need caster adjustment for a lift, using adjustable lower control arms is the recommend way to do that.
