FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does shipping cost? Standard domestic shipping in the US is free on all items and there is no minimum purchase to get free shipping.
When will my order ship? We ship all orders placed by 2pm Central same day M-F. All orders placed after 2pm Central ship the following business day.
Where will my order ship from and how? Everything ships from Burns Harbor, IN 46304. Everything listed on the site is in stock and ready to ship. We ship the majority of packages via USPS Ground Advantage and some via Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS Surepost.
Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes, expedited shipping is available at the customers expense. We offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. UPS Next Day Air guarantees delivery by noon local the following business day.
Do you ship international? Yes, international shipping is available to most countries. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. International shipping is DAP. Customers may owe import taxes/duties/VAT in their own country. We also ship international from our ebay store as well as from Amazon.
I'm looking for bolts but I don't see them on your site? Right now only about 60% of our products are listed on this site. We are working on getting the rest listed here, but in the meantime, everything we sell is in our ebay store.
How do returns work? We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Returns are self service through your Shopify account. Print the return label, attach it to the package and drop the package off at your nearest post office to be sent back to us.
What if the product arrived damaged or I received the wrong thing? Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong thing and I want to exchange it? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What about the European Union 14 day cooling off period? Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
How do refunds work? We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
