These are not the light duty nutserts that are commonly available. They have better resistance to \"spin out,\" the most common failure of nutserts, over the factory nutserts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese crimp down tighter and grip better than the originals that commonly fail. They are larger diameter giving them increased surface area to grip, 11\/16\" OD vs. the smaller factory 5\/8\" OD nutserts, so increasing the size of the holes in the frame by 1\/16\" will be necessary. This can also be beneficial if your frame holes are stretched or rusted on the edges making them larger than the 5\/8\" they originally were, which is most likely the case if your original nutserts are spinning.
